Roulette Betting Strategy
Roulette is a casino betting game involving a ball being thrown into a coloured,numbered rotating wheel known as a roulette wheel. Players must bet on the colour and/or number that they believe the ball will land on when the wheel stops turning.
Whilst roulette is purely a game of chance and no true strategy can be developed for overcoming odds there are some ways in which players can improve their likelihood of winning.
A primary betting strategy for roulette is known as martingale. This is a probability theory whereby the player doubles their bet after each loss. The idea being that when the player finally wins they will win back their bet plus the original stake as profit.
This works in theory but is problematic as the player can run into large numbers very quickly and can run out of money entirely.
Whilst no ‘strategy’ can guarantee wins this method has been known to provide success, however all betting should be done with caution as there are no absolutes.
